They look like siblings, but they come from different countries and different types of schools. They surprised us, Iva and me, every single moment, by showing us the true means of concepts like passion, devotion, love, care, kindness, maturity, generosity, patience, dreams, pure innocence, hope, desires, hard-work, power of change, adaptability, humanity, friendship, sensitivity, connection, courage, strength, commitment with body and soul, with heart and mind . Yes, the teens are unstoppable when they put something in their minds and they have the power to melt the hearts and to move mountains, I am the witness!

Arata ca frații, dar provin din diferite țări și diferite tipuri de școli. Ei ne-au surprins, pe Iva și pe mine, în fiecare moment, arătându-ne semnificatiile reale ale conceptelor cum ar fi pasiune, devotament, dragoste, grijă, bunătate, maturitate, generozitate, răbdare, vise, inocența pură, speranță, dorințe, muncă din greu, putere de schimbare, adaptabilitate, umanitate, prietenie, sensibilitate, conexiune, curaj, putere, angajament cu trup și suflet, cu inima și mintea. Here we are!
Making last moment plans for Academy- suitcases, shopping, long online sessions to prepare the final presentation, strategies, pinboard, rehearsals...
The good part of this stressing time is that makes us remember everything.
The painful part is that special feeling of THE END.
Sounds like FAREWELL??? I'm not ready for this. NO WAY!
There will always be TOMORROW. I will NOT give up on them easily, as long as I am here. I am here. I am!

What is so SPECIAL about special teens? Or about their teachers? Nothing special about any of them. And everything. Their work is longer and they achieve everything in the hard way. They don't make any progress  if they do not get involved emotionally in what they build together. Their souls are open books and their smiles are the most honest ones that you will ever get.

Special teens? There is no such thing! Because all the teens are special. I am the witness of that, after I saw the naugtiest teens I ever met(our cute Orga team) transforming into the most kind, friendly, nice, sensitive, understanding, friendly group of young people you can imagine!


If you would ask a special teen about friendship, probably he would tell you:
"For me, I don't feel special. This is my way of living. If you are curious and want to get to know me better, you should come closer. I would do it too, but sometimes my voice is too weak to  call you, or my words don't match with yours. Or maybe you are too far and your words do not reach me, so I cannot answer to your call. So come closer. If you wish to come into my heart, come closer! And step in, it's open! "

We are living into this world together, so we must grow together. Only in this way, the best is yet to come!

Facem planuri de ultim moment pentru Academie -valize, cumparaturi, lungi sesiuni on-line pentru a pregăti prezentarea finală, strategii, panou pentru pioneze, repetiții ...
Partea buna din acest timp stresant este aceea că ne face să ne amintim tot.
Partea dureroasa este acel sentiment special de SFARSIT.
Sună ca "adio"?? Eu nu sunt pregătita pentru asta. De niciun fel!
Va fi întotdeauna MAINE. Nu voi renunța la ei cu ușurință, atâta timp cât eu sunt aici. Sunt aici. Eu sunt!

Ce este atât de special la adolescentii speciali? Sau la profesorii lor? Special cu privire la oricare dintre ei nu e nimic. Și  e totul. Munca lor este mai lunga si reusitele lor se obtin pe calea cea mai grea. Ei nu fac niciun progres în cazul în care nu se implică emoțional în ceea ce construiesc împreună. Sufletele lor sunt cărți deschise și zâmbetele lor sunt cele mai sincere pe care le veti primi vreodată.

Adolescenti speciali? Nu există asa ceva! Deoarece toti adolescentii sunt speciali. Eu sunt martorul acestui lucru, după ce i-am văzut  pe cei mai neastamparati adolescenti pe care i-am intalnit vreodata (drăguța noastra echipa Orga ) transformându-se în cel mai prietenos, frumos, înțelegator sensibil grup de tineri pe care vi-l puteți imagina!


Dacă ai întreba un adolescent special despre prietenie, probabil ti-ar spune:
"In ce ma priveste, nu mă simt special. Acesta este modul meu de a trai. Dacă esti curios și doresti să mă cunosti mai bine, ar trebui să vii mai aproape. As face-o si eu, dar, uneori, vocea mea este prea slabă să te strig, sau cuvintele mele nu se potrivesc cu ale tale sau poate esti prea departe si cuvintele tale nu ajung la mine, așa că nu pot răspunde la chemarea ta. Deci, vino mai aproape. Dacă doresti să intri în inima mea, vino mai aproape! Si intra, e deschis! "

Noi trăim în această lume împreună, așa că trebuie să crestem împreună. Numai în acest fel, ce e mai bun va urma!

My comrade in arms and I- just another working day at battle station

At the beginning of our project, he was the first recruit as representative of students and coordinator of tutors volunteers, now he is my team mate and the friend of Special Middle School "Constantin Paunescu". He spoked, he translated, he wrote on the blog, he danced, he sang, he went with us at every event.

Media voices 4 special teens- Our bloggers/ Voci media pentru adolescenti speciali- Bloggerii nostri

Initially, the blog was only a part of the contribution to the project of the team from Romania.
We started with the idea to create a blog in English to help us make known the project activities. Then we decided it's not enough to just post our school activities because we have a partner school project that has a lot to show. So we expanded team. Then we thought it would be good to give the opportunity to understand posts to the students, parents and our teachers who do not speak English, so we started to translate as much as we can of what we posted, in Romanian and in Serbian! And just like that, we have now a trilingual blog, where are working as volunteers, six bloggers (three for  each partner country) three teachers and three teens.
I think it's time to get acquainted with the team of bloggers who work with devotion to our blog, helping us to exceed all expectations!

Initial, blogul facea parte doar din contributia in proiect a echipei din Romania. 
Noi am pornit cu ideea de a crea un blog in limba engleza care sa ne ajute sa facem cunoscute activitatile proiectului. Apoi am decis ca nu este de ajuns sa postam doar activitatile scolii noastre, deoarece in proiect avem o scoala partenera care are multe de aratat. Asa ca am largit echipa. Dupa care ne-am zis ca ar fi bine sa dam posibilitatea de a intelege postarile si elevilor, parintilor si profesorilor nostri care nu cunosc limba engleza, asa ca ne-am apucat sa traducem cat mai mult din ceea ce postam, in limba romana si in limba sarba! Si, uite asa, am ajuns sa avem un blog trilingv, la care muncesc, ca voluntari, sase oameni, cate trei din fiecare tara partenera, trei profesori si trei adolescenti.
Cred ca este timpul sa va fac cunostinta cu echipa de bloggeri care muncesc cu devotament la blogul nostru, ajutandu-ne sa ne depasim cu mult asteptarile! 
Multumesc tuturor! Sunteti grozavi!

U početku blog je zamišljen kao doprinos rumunskog tima projektu.
Započeli smo ga sa idejom daa nam pomogne da objavljujemo projektne aktivnosti na engleskom jeziku. Potom smo odlučili da nije dovoljno samo da objavljujemo naše školske aktivnosti, jer mi imamo partnerski školski projekat u kome možemo puno da pokažemo.Zato smo proširili tim.
Onda smo pomislili kako bi bilo dobro da omogućimo učenicima, roditeljima i nastavnicima, koji ne govore engleski jezik, da razumeju postove na blogu, pa smo počeli da prevodimo postove na rumunski i srpski jezik. I tako, sada imamo trojezični blog, na kome radi šest volontera (po tri iz svake partnerske zemlje), tri nastavnika i tri tinejdžera.
Mislim da je vreme da se upoznamo sa timom koji predano radi na blogu, pomažući nam da prevaziđemo sva naša očekivanja!

Innocent lamb and the big bad wolf (R U Online?- spooky story for logged teens)

Once upon a time, in Somewhere Land, lived a cute little lamb who- as it happens to every child- headed cheerful and carefree to his teenage years.

And, like any teen, one day, our lamb -while joyful romp in the world of green pastures- he discovered a magnificent place that had hundreds or even thousands of gates. And behind every gate opened new worlds full of images, photos, information and -above all- beings of all sorts, willing to talk and make friends immediately with our lamb.
Little lamb did not stay too long on his thoughts and, willing to be able to get in touch with all these new friends, he logged-in. (Well, to succeed in that he had to lie a little, such as at the question about the age he actually had, but what matters such a small lie, if it helps you get into the miraculous world?)
Anxious to get online, little lamb diligently completed all required data and has posted the sharpest of his photos, because, isn't that, our little innocent lamb was still a good kid, despite what I wrote above in brackets!
Our Lamb has accepted all friend requests and, the more friends he got, the more he enjoyed it, because he thought that this is about to be cool. 
Every teen wants to be cool.
He spent hours talking to his new friends, giving "likes", commenting, typing LOL's, even to the posts whose meaning was not able to find, but friends are friends and then- it's online!
The greatest joy he had especially when mingling with Lamb2, his best friend, who tought him most things about how to communicate online and show him a great friendship, although they were not seen ever!

I do not want to bore you, so I'll shorten the story. 

Lamb2 proved to be a big bad wolf which was part of a network of big bad wolves. Together with them, the big bad wolf plotted some evil things, such as to sneak into the lamb's house to steal his laptop (a black day for poor lamb who cried, especially because he could not contact his friend Lamb2). Another day, big bad wolf called the lamb to meet. Our lamb -beating heart- raced with excitement and joy to the assigned place, but -strange coincidence- on the way he met some big bad wolves who stole his smartphone and did some other damages, from which our lamb was hospitalized several months and it was very difficult to recover. But most of all he felt hurt that his friend, Lamb 2, disappeared without a trace, although the lamb was looking for him online for days and nights.
Many years later, our lamb, who became young ram, reached his personal desires and managed to finish college with good grades and enrolled in a competitive hiring offer to a reputable firm. Although it was the best interview, he was not hired, as a ram- member of the recruitment comission, internet fan - made some online search and found evidence that the lamb had dubious friends in his youth, such as the big bad wolf.

I trust in you that you will extract the conclusion of this story by yourself.
 But let me pestering you a little.
Each of us knows a lot, but do not know it all.
Not all know that in some coded language, snow diamonds and stars may be banned substances.
Not all know that the "forbidden love" is not necessarily a "Romeo and Juliet"drama situation.
We give ourselves importance by using what we've read or heard from others, without knowing the exact meaning of phrases. That can bring us at least embarrassing moments, if not dangerous situation! Who wants to come to this?
Not all know that every action that we do online risks can not be permanently deleted, whatever we try. If we are true friends and honest people, we take care not to put any others in danger, in the virtual world.
So, little lamb, R U online?

 Mielul nevinovat  si lupul cel mare și rau (Esti online?-poveste infricosatoare pentru adolescentii autentificati)

A fost odata ca niciodata, in tara Undeva, un miel mic si dragalas care - cum i se intampla oricarui copil- se indrepta voios si fara griji spre varsta adolescentei.
Si, ca oricare adolescent, intr-o buna zi, mielul nostru, in timp ce zburda vesel pe pasunile verzi ale lumii lui, a descoperit un loc magnific, care avea sute sau chiar mii de porți. Iar in spatele fiecarei porți se deschidea cate o lume noua, plină de imagini, fotografii, informații și, mai ales, ființe de toate felurile, dornice sa vorbească și sa se împrietenească imediat cu mielul nostru.
Micul miel nu a stat prea mult pe gânduri și, ca să poata lua legătura cu toți acești noi prieteni, s-a autentificat. (Ei bine, pentru asta a cam trebuit sa mai și mintă puțin, cum ar fi în legătura cu vârsta pe care o avea de fapt, dar ce contează o minciună atât de mică, dacă asta te ajută să ajungi în aceste lumi miraculoase?)
Nerăbdător să intre online, micul miel a completat sârguincios toate datele cerute și și-a postat cea mai clară dintre fotografiile sale, pentru că- nu-i așa- micul miel era totuși cuminte și inocent, în ciuda a ceea ce am scris mai sus, între paranteze! 
 Mielul nostru a acceptat toate cererile de prietenie și, cu cat mai multi prieteni avea, cu atât se bucura mai tare, deoarece asta îi arata că este cool. Orice adolescent își dorește să fie cool. 
El petrecea ore în șir vorbind cu ei, dând like-uri, comentând, tastând și el LOL- uri, chiar și la câte o postare al cărei înțeles nu-l prea găsea, dar prietenii sunt prieteni- și apoi, așa e online!
Cea mai mare bucurie o avea mai ales când intra în vorbă cu Mielul2, prietenul lui cel mai bun, care îl învățase cele mai multe lucruri despre cum se comunică online și care îi arăta o mare prietenie, deși ei nu se văzuseră niciodată! 
Nu vreau să vă plictisesc, așa că voi scurta povestea.
Mielul2 s-a dovedit a fi un lup mare și rău care făcea parte dintr-o rețea de lupi mari și răi. Împreună cu aceștia din urmă, lupul mare și rău a pus la cale unele treburi necurate, cum ar fi să intre pe furiș în casa mielului și să-i fure laptopul (o zi neagră pentru sarmanul miel, care a plâns, mai ales din cauză că nu a mai putut lua legătura cu prietenul lui, Mielul2). In alta zi, lupul cel mare și rău l-a chemat pe miel să se întâlnească. Mielul nostru a alergat cu inima bătându-i de nerabdare și bucurie spre locul indicat, dar- ciudată coincidență- pe drum s-a întâlnit cu niște lupi mari și răi care i-au furat smartphone-ul și i-au mai făcut și alte pagube, în urma cărora mielul nostru a stat în spital câteva luni și foarte greu s-a recuperat. Cel mai mult însă l-a durut faptul că prietenul lui, Mielul 2, a disparut fără urmă, deși l-a cautat online zile și nopți. 
Multi ani după aceea, mielul nostru ajunse un tânăr berbec de succes și a reușit să termine facultatea cu note foarte bune și s-a înscris la un concurs de angajare la o firmă de renume. Deși a avut cel mai bun interviu, nu a fost angajat, deoarece un berbec pasionat de internet, membru al comisiei de concurs, a făcut o căutare online și a găsit dovezi că mielul ar fi avut prieteni dubioși în tinerețea lui, cum ar fi lupul cel mare și rău.
Am incredere în voi că veți extrage singuri concluzia acestei povești. Lasați-mă însă să vă mai bat la cap încă puțin. 
Fiecare din noi știe multe, dar nu le știe pe toate. 
Nu toți știm că în limbajul codificat zăpadă, diamante și stele pot însemna substanțe interzise. 
Nu toți știm că ”iubirea interzisă” nu înseamnă neapărat o dramă gen  ”Romeo și Julieta”.
Noi ne dăm importanță folosind ce am citit sau ce am auzit la alții, fără să știm exact semnificația unor expresii. Asta ne poate aduce cel puțin momente jenante,dacă nu chiar situații periculoase! Cine vrea să ajungă la asta?
Nu toți știm că fiecare acțiune pe care noi o facem online riscă să nu mai poată fi ștearsă definitiv, orice am incerca. Dacă suntem prieteni adevărați și oameni onești, vom avea grijă să nu-i punem nici pe altii în pericol, în lumea virtuală.
Deci, micule miel, acum ești on-line?
Ești pe cale să dai un click? 
Ești sigur de asta???

Jednom davno, u  zemlji Nedođiji, živelo je slatko malo jagnje kojeje -kao što se to događa svakom detetu - koračalo  veselo i bezbrižno ka svojim tinejdžerskim godinama.

I, kao svaki  tinejdžer, jednog dana, naše jagnje je, praveći  radosni nered u svetu zelenih pašnjaka-otkrilo veličanstveno mesto koje je imao na stotine ili čak hiljade vrata. A iza svakih vrata otvarali su se novi svetovi - puni slika, fotografija, informacija i-iznad svega-bića svih vrsta, spremnih za razgovor, kao i da se odmah sprijatelje sa našim jagnjetom.

Malo jagnje nije ostao predugo na svojim mislima i, u želji da  uspostavi kontak tsa svim tim novim prijateljima, ono se  prijavilo na mrežu. (Pa, kako bi uspelo u tome moralo je malo i da laže, kao na primer na pitanje o tome koliko ono zapravo ima godina, ali zar je bitna tako mala laž, ako to pomaže da se dospe u čudesni svet?)

Želeći da bude prisutno online, malo jagnje jemarljivo popunilo sve potrebne podatke i objavilo svoju najbolju fotografiju, jer je naše male nevino jagnje  još uvek bilo dobro dijete, zar ne, bez obzira na ono što sam napisala gore u zagradama!

Naše jagnje je prihvatilo sve zahteve za prijateljstvo i,  što je više prijatelja dobilo, sve više je uživalo, jer je mislio da je to cool.

Svaki tinejdžer želi biti cool.

Ono je provodilo vreme u razgovoru s njegovim novim prijateljima, stavljajući oznake "sviđa mi se", komentarišući, upisivanjem LOL-a, čak i na postove čije značenje nije bio u mogućnosti pronaći, ali prijatelji su prijatelji,a to je ionako samo on-line!

Najveću radost predstavljalo mu je druženje sa Jagnje2, njegovim novim najboljim prijateljem, koji ga je naučio većini stvari o tome kako komunicirati online i pokazati mu veliko prijateljstvo, iako oni nikada nisu stvarno videli!

Ne želim da vam dosađujem, pa ću skratiti priču.

Ispostavilo se da je Jagnje2 zapravo veliki zli vuk koji je bio deo mreže velikih loših vukova. Zajedno s njima, veliki Zli Vuk napravio je neke zle stvari, poslao je lopova u jagnjetovu kuću, koji je ukrao njegov laptop (crni dan za jadno jagnje koje je plakaklo, pogotovo zato što nije moglo da kontaktira svog prijatelja Jagnje2). Drugog dana, veliki Zli Vuk pozvao je jagnje da se upoznaju. Naše jagnje potrčalo je sa uzbuđenjem i radošću ka dogovorenom mestu, ali-čudnom slučajnošću-na putu je sreo neke velike loše vukova koji su mu ukrali  smartphone i učinili neke druge štete, od kojih se naše jagnje vrlo teško oporavilo,pošto je provelo nekoliko mjeseci u bolnici. Ali najviše od svega, jagnje se osetilo povređeno, jer je njegov prijatelj, Jagnje2, nestao bez traga, iako ga je naše jagnje tražilo online danima i noćima.

Mnogo godina kasnije, naše jagnje, koje je postalo mladi ovan, ispunio je svoje lične želje i uspeo završiti fakultet s dobrim ocenama i konkurisao je a posao u poznatom preduzeću. Iako je on bio najbolji kandidat, nije bio angažovan, jer je drugi mladi ovan -član komisije za zapošljavanje i veliki ljubitelj Interneta - napravio neka online pretraživanja i pronašao dokaze da je jagnje imalo sumnjive prijatelje u mladosti, kao što je veliki Zli Vuk.

Vjerujem u vas da ćete sami izvući zaključak iz ove priče.

 No, dopustite mi da vam dosađujem još malo.

Svako od nas zna puno, ali niko ne zna sve.

Ne znaju svi da, u nekom kodiranom jeziku, sneg dijamanti i zvezde mogu ačitizn zabranjene stvari.

Niti svi znaju "Zabranjena ljubav" nije nužno "Romeo i Julija" dramska situaciju.

Dajemo sebi na važnosti, korišćenjem onoga što smo pročitali ili čuli od drugih, ne znajući tačno značenje izraza. To nam može doneti barem neugodne trenutke, ako ne i opasne situacijea! Ko to želi sebi?

Ne znamo svi da svaka akcija koju činimo online ne može biti trajno izbrisana, šta god mi pokušali. Ako smo istinski prijatelji i pošteni ljudi, brinemo se da ne dovodimo druge u opasnosti, u virtuelnom svijetu.

Dakle, malo jagnje, da li si ti online?

Project management... Easier said that done...
I don't know why, but in every single project that I am involved, its' happening... From times to times here it comes: the tremendous, the dark, the spooky DEADLINE!!! You always promise yourself and you always forget it: you know that if you don't have a deadline, you forgot something and you must check twice...
And here it  comes suddenly and strikes you and you get desperate.
...as I was when I realized that there is less than a week untill we may send our aces dance at the Academy.
So, I ran to my young tutors volunteers and I found four of them that learned the steps and helped me to shoot in one Friday afternoon a sample of the dance for children in my school.
then I sent the sample to my colleagues and in three days we were able all together to shoot a wonderful video of our aces dance!!!

 There were about 70 people in that dancing hall and they would have been more if the dancing hall would be larger...
Words cannot express what I wish to tell them.
So I will say simply: Thank you!
... so, who needs some heroes? We have this sort of people, many more! Just ask!

Management de proiect ... Usor de zis, greu de făcut ...
Nu știu de ce, dar în fiecare proiect in care eu sunt implicata se întâmplă ... Din moment la nr de ori aici este vorba: extraordinarul, întunecatul, infricosatorul TERMEN LIMITA! Tu mereu iti promiti și uiti mereu: știi că, dacă nu aveți un termen limită, ai uitat ceva și trebuie să verifici de două ori ...
Și iata vine brusc și te lovește și te aduce la disperare.
... cum am fost atunci când am dat seama că există mai puțin de o saptamana pana la data la care am putea trimite dansul nostru aces la Academie.
Deci, am fugit la tinerii mei tutori voluntari și am găsit patru dintre ei, care au învățat pașii și m-au ajutat pentru a inregistra într-o vineri după-amiază o exemplificare dans pentru copiii din școala mea.
Apoi am trimis inregistrarea la colegii mei și în trei zile am fost capabili toți împreună sa inregistreze un videoclip minunat al dansului nostru aces!!!

Au fost aproximativ 70 de persoane in sala de dans și ar fi fost mai multi, dacă sala ar fi fost mai mare ...
Cuvintele nu pot exprima ceea ce doresc să le spun.
Așa că voi spune pur și simplu: Vă mulțumim!
... Deci, cine are nevoie de niște eroi? Avem acest tip de oameni, mult mai multi! Doar întrebați!

Vođenje projekta...Lakše reći, nego učiniti...
Ne znam zašto, ali u svakom projektu u koji sam uključena se to događa... 

S vremena na vreme evo ga, dolazi : ogroman, taman i sablastan  ROK! Uvek sebi obećavate i uvek ga zaboravite: vi znate da ako nemate rok, zaboravićete nešto i morate proveriti dva puta ...

I evo ga, dolazi naglo i udari vas, a vi postajete očajni...

... kao što sam ja to bila kada sam shvatila da je ostalo manje od sedmice dana - rok do kada možemo poslati naš Aces ples Akademiji.

Dakle, ja sam otrčala do mojih mladih volontera i našala sam četvoro njih, koji su naučili  korake i pomogli mi  da snimim, jednog petka popodne, primer plesa za decu u mojoj školi.

Onda sam to poslala mojim kolegama -  i za tri dana smo bili u mogućnosti, svi zajedno, da snimimo prekrasan video o našem Aces plesu!

  Bilo je oko 70 ljudi u toj plesnoj dvorani, a bilo bi nas još više da je plesna dvorana bila veća ...
